Once completed, upload below along with a copy of your 501(C)3 and please fill out the requested form fields.
Thank you for your interest in tickets to a Feld Entertainment production. We’ll review all requests from federally-licensed 501 (c) (3) non-profit charitable organizations. Please remember, due to the enormous number of requests we receive, we cannot respond to each individual request. If you don’t hear back from us within four weeks of submitting your request, it’s likely that your request did not meet the minimum qualifications.
Donation requests for limited numbers of tickets may be used for charitable fundraising purposes; requests for incentive or reward programs will not be considered. Because we offer a school group discount to our shows, we don’t accept donation requests from schools. Merchandise donations will be considered in limited quantities and based on availability.
If you would like to acknowledge our donation in a press release or other promotional materials, we would greatly appreciate it. We’ll provide you with guidelines for the proper use of our logo and trademarks when we send you confirmation of our donation to your organization. Please complete the form below for consideration.
DONATION POLICIES AND GUIDELINES
Non-Discrimination Practices: Feld Entertainment, Inc. will not donate to any organization that, in its by-laws, policies, or practice, discriminates on the basis of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other basis prohibited by applicable law.
Charitable Purposes: Donations may be used only for the exact charitable purpose stated in the organization’s written request for the donation.
Legal Compliance: By accepting a donation, the recipient represents and warrants to Feld Entertainment, Inc. that its use of such donation will be in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
Patriot Act Compliance: By accepting a donation, the recipient agrees that it will not promote or engage in violence, terrorism, bigotry, or the destruction of any state, nor will it make donations to any entity that engages in these activities.
